Hyde New Homes is part of the The Hyde Group, which was established in 1967 and has become one of the UK’s leading providers of homes. As a not-for-profit organisation, we build affordable homes andhave assisted thousands of homeowners.
At Hyde, we manage homes and services to over 95,000 customers across London and the South East. Going forward, we have plans to build between 1,500 to 2,000 new homes a year. These will comprise a mix of shared ownership, outright sale and affordable rented homes. We are excited about achieving and sustaining this objective.
As Hyde New Homes build award-winning new homes in sought after locations within London, Kent and Sussex, as well as to large scale regeneration sites, such as the successful regeneration of New Stonebridge Park which saw two sixties concrete towers transformed into a mix of tenure-blind, contemporary houses and apartments, set amidst landscaped gardens and play areas, and served with amenities such as a mixed use community centre, health centre, supermarkets, play parks and green spaces allowing us to create a thriving and sustainable neighbourhood and fostering a sense of community which improves the lives of everyone.
As a not-for-profit organisation, we reinvest our surplus to ensure we continue to meet our vision year-on-year.
